جهود وزارة التعليم في رعاية أبناء الشهداء

 هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أبرز الجهود التي قدمتها وزارة التعليم في رعاية أبناء الشهداء، والتعرف على أهم الاحتياجات (التربوية-النفسية-الاجتماعية) لأبناء الشهداء واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (49) مفردة من أبناء الشهداء بإدارة تعليم صبيا وإدارة تعليم جازان بالمملکة العربية السعودية، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي کمنهج للدراسة والاستعانة بالاستبانة کأداة للدراسة، وقد توصل البحث للعديد من النتائج أهمها إن الجهود التي قدمتها وزارة التعليم في رعاية أبناء الشهداء جاء بدرجة استجابة (عالية جداً)، وجاءت الاحتياجات (التربوية-النفسية-الاجتماعية) لأبناء الشهداء جاء بدرجة استجابة (عالية جداً)، وقد أوصى البحث بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها الاهتمام بتقديم خدمات تربوية خاصة لأبناء الشهداء وبرامج تدريبية تعمل على بناء شخصيتهم وتطوير کفاياتهم ومهارتهم الشخصية، وأن تسعى المدرسة إلى التواصل بشکل فعال مع أسر أبناء الشهداء للتعرف على احتياجاتهم المختلفة وتلبيتها
This study aimed to identify the most significant efforts presented by the Ministry of Education in caring for the martyrs' children and identify the most important needs (educational-psychological-social) for the martyrs' children. The study sample included (49) individuals of martyrs' children in the Educational Department of Sabyaand Jazan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher adoptedthe descriptive method as the study method and used the questionnaire as the study tool. The research concluded that the efforts presented by the Ministry of Educationincaring for the martyrs' children came witha (very high) degree and the (educational-psychological-social) needs for the martyrs' children came witha (very high) degree. The study reached several recommendations, including paying a great attention topresent special educational services and training programs for the martyrs' children that build their personality and develop their competencies and skills. The school must communicate effectively with the families of martyrs' children to recognize and fulfill their varied needs.
