أطر المعالجة الاخبارية لتطورات القضية الفلسطينية في قناة مکان 33 الاسرائيلية خلال عام 2018

هدفت هذه الدراسة التحليلية إلى الکشف عن مضامين المعالجة الإخبارية لقناة مکان 33 الإسرائيلية الناطقة بالعربية لتطورات القضية الفلسطينية من بداية عام 2018 حتى نهاية العام نفسه، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مدى اهتمام القناة بالقضية الفلسطينية، ولتحقيق ذلک تم اعتماد المنهج المسحي واستخدام أسلوب تحليل المضمون لبرنامج النشرة المسائية في قناة مکان 33، حيث تم تحليل مضمون (44) حلقة من برنامج النشرة المسائية للدراسة، وکانت تلک جميع الحلقات التي بثتها القناة على موقعها الرسمي خلال سنة الدراسة2018. وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بصورة عمدية لقناة (مکان33 ) لأنها تمثل الحکومة الإسرائيلية،  وناطقة باللغة العربية؛ لأنها موجهة إلى  الدول العربية وممولة من هيئة البث الإسرائيلي وقد تم استخدام أسلوب الأسبوع الصناعي من خلال سحب عينة التواريخ، حيث يؤلف أسبوع  بشکل صناعي يضمن شمول جميع  أيام الأسبوع، وبلغ عدد حلقات البرنامج (44) حلقة طيلة العام کاملاً ابتداءً من تاريخ 1/1/2018 وانتهاءً بتاريخ 27/12/2018 ممثلة تمثيلاً جيداً لمجتمع الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أن تصدرت قضية فئة "إطار أطراف الصراع" مجمل القضايا التي تمت تغطيتها لآخر التطورات في القضية الفلسطينية التي تمت معالجتها في برنامج النشرة المسائية في قناة مکان33 الإسرائيلية خلال فترة الدراسة، وبلغت نسبتها (24.28%)، وهذا دليل على أنّ  القناة ترکز على أطراف الصراع في الأحداث لتوهم المشاهد العربي أنهم على حق، وأنّ لهم الحق في الدفاع عن أنفسهم. وهيمن "موضوع العلاقات الدولية مع إسرائيل" على مجمل فئات القضايا الداخلية في الحکومة الإسرائيلية بنسبة بلغت (34.62%)، ليثبتوا للعالم العريي أنّ إسرائيل لها علاقات قوية مع دول العالم، وعلى أن هذا دليل على أنها مرغوبة في العالم، ولها کيانها وقيمتها في المجتمع الدولي.
 
This analytical study has aimed to find out how the Israeli news channel Arabic-language Makan 33 channel dealt with the Palestinian cause starting from the beginning of 2018 until the end of the same year. in addition to that,  the  study  aimed  to  find out  to   what extent the channel's  has  given  significance in the Palestinian cause. And, In order to achieve that, the researchers adopted the survey method using the content analysis method for the Evening News program in Channel Makan 33.  The researchers analyzed the content of (44) episode of the evening program of the study, which were all the episodes that were broadcasted by the channel on its official website during it.
The study has come to the following conclusions:
The “Parties to the Conflict Framework” topped the list of issues covered by the latest developments in the Palestinian issue, which were dealt with in the Israeli Channel 33's Evening News program during the study period. Where  its percentage  reached (24.28% ), and  this represents an evidence  that  the  channel  focus on the  parties of  the conflict to portrait  to  the  Arabic viewers  that  the Israelis are on the  right side, and have  the  right  of self-defense. " legal  context"  has come in the  second place  where its  percentage reaches (18.48%)  to  give  Arab  viewers  an impression that  all  that Israel done  comes in the  legal context. In the third place the point of the "political aspect" has come where its percentage approached (17.57).
The point of the "Israeli international relations"  has  dominated over all  the  other issues  that  concern the (internal issues of  the Israeli  government) where its  percentage approached (34.62) to  show  the Arabic world  that  Israel has   strong  relations  with  other international states, and  that  Israel is  a most respected internationally, and it has its remarkable  position and  significance  among  the international community. The  topic  that  have  come in the  second place  were; "activities  of  the Israeli  Knesset"  and "Israeli Army" where its  percentage  approaches (17.95). In the third place, the point of "Israeli public and local elections" where its percentage approached (12.82).
